How do I become a Licensed Real Estate Agent?

Requirements:

• 18 Years of age

• Completed Application

• Proof of completion of a 45-clock hour course in a State Approved Educational Program

• Passing grade on the state license exam.

• Sponsored by Real Estate Broker.

Your State License Exam

• The cost of the exam is approx.  $15 (call to get exact cost). You must  pre-register, no walk-in registration is accepted. Results of the exam are given to you on the day of the examination.

The exams are held in numerous sites throughout New York State. TITAN REAL ESTATE will assist in finding the office nearest you.
