While, general business hours are from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. attorneys are available for appointments both after hours and on weekends. Our affiliated business arrangement with TITAN REAL ESTATE COMPANY has evolved so both companies are located in the same professional office building. This obvious convenience results in an easier and quicker flow of information to/and from attorneys and law firm staff to sales agents at TITAN REAL ESTATE COMPANY. The end result is a more proactive approach to resolving legal issues and completing the real estate transaction.

Initial residential real estate consultations are conducted as a courtesy of our office. If the potential client and Zappone & Fiore Law Firm mutually agree to go forward with the "legal engagement" our fee for legal services in representing either a Purchaser or Seller of residential real estate is $295.00. By utilizing our team approach and staying within a well established and perfected office policy we are able to offer this "below market' fee without sacrificing our service.
